[Thunder Dock] Can I also recharge an Android based device over USB?

Yes, in general, Android based mobile devices can also be recharged over the USB connection but depending on the model, some might not be supported. Also, make sure to update the OS to Mac OS X v10.9.2 or above and install the driver.
