[MyCloud] What does the error "System is running without home partition..." mean?

In order to make use of all the functions and features the MyCloud offers, it is necessary to store some of the user data and system files on the hard drive. To do so, the system requires one partition that is mounted as "home".

If the system is unable to find a partition that is mounted as "home", it will show the warning you have seen, starting with "System is running without home partition". For more details, see Applications > Disk Manager on our Wiki. If you use the "Auto" setup wizard, all necessary partitions will be created automatically and a partition will be mounted as home for you as well.
